"Our current listing with another realtor was expiring, so we decided to start fresh and list with Michelle and her team in January. We joked about them working as if our house was a "Million Dollar Listing" because WE thought it was going to be difficult for them to sell it in the middle of winter, with an in-ground pool and 15 stairs leading up to the front door. The house had been on and off the market for over three years, listed FSBO and with other realtors.
